Packages are shipped using USPO Priority (1-3 Days), UPS, and FedEx. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates & delivery for all orders (weekends or holidays are not included). Once packages are shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information via email.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
Once an order has been processed it cannot be canceled or altered. It is recommended that you double-check the items in your cart and confirm accuracy of your billing and shipping information. Blanket is not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address. Refunds or replace items will not be shipped without additional fees.
If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. We do not refund or replace orders that have been tracked and delivered to the address provided.
Customers may return their unopened and unused Blanket products within 60 days of purchase. Product refunds to the original payment method only. Shipping & handling refunds are not permitted.

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO REQUEST A RETURN:
Order Number – Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email.
Email Address – You’ll need to provide the email that was used to place your Blanket order.
All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return. If a customer does not use our company-issued return label and return procedure, their return will not be processed and a refund will not be issued.
You can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days of our returns department receiving it. The return shipping & handling cost will automatically be deducted from the refunded amount. The cost of return shipping & handling will depend on your location and number of returned items.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS TO CONSIDER:
- Once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel or make changes to it.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- Refunds do not include the original shipping cost (if applicable).
- Refunds will only be issued back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For orders that include a bundle, you will be refunded the discounted purchase price of the items that are eligible for return.
- If your order was placed through Amazon, Peapod, UNFI or Walmart, you will need to contact Amazon, Peapod, UNFI, or Walmart directly to inquire about their return/refund procedure.
